   Users are solely responsible for any images, files, or other content they upload to the platform and represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

   Uploading any content that is illegal, infringes the rights of third parties, contains malware, is offensive, or violates the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran is prohibited.

4. 4. Image Processing

   Uploaded images and related information are processed solely for the purpose of providing Amitis Style's services, fulfilling user requests, improving system performance, and enhancing platform capabilities.

   The collection, storage, processing, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. 5. Intellectual Property

   Ownership of all uploaded images, files, and content remains with their respective owners.

   Using Amitis Style does not transfer ownership of any user content to Amitis Style.

   Users grant Amitis Style a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

   All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including its software, interface design, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content, and other proprietary materials, remain the exclusive property of Amitis Style and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amitis Style shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
