3. User Images
Uploaded images and generated images are used solely to provide virtual try-on services, process user requests, provide technical support, and improve platform performance.
If a user does not save a generated image, the image will be deleted from Amitis Style infrastructure after the display period ends, in accordance with platform procedures.
If a user saves a generated image, the image may be removed from the user interface after the session ends; however, a copy may be retained in Amitis Style infrastructure for the purposes of providing services, enabling user access, technical support, maintaining platform security, or fulfilling legal obligations.
Amitis Style will not use uploaded images or content for advertising, marketing, or public distribution without the user’s explicit consent.

Amitis Style applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Nevertheless, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

For images saved by a user, removing the image from the user interface or ending a session does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from Amitis Style’s technical infrastructure.
After the retention period ends, information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with internal procedures so that it is no longer attributable to an individual.
